Dr. Matteo Calvo, dentist in Bergamo, graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 1985 at the University of Pavia with 110 cum laude and published an experimental thesis. In 1988 he obtained the specialization in Odontostomatology at the University of Pavia. Since 1988 he has been a member of the Italian Society of Periodontology (SidP). From 1991 to 1993 he followed the specialization course in Periodontology with Dr. Sergio De Paoli MD, DDS, MSC. From 1995 to 2007 he followed the Continouing Educational Program in Periodontology and Implantology at "The Institute for Advanced Dental Studies" in Swampscott-Boston U.S.A. directed by doctors Gerald Kramer (until 2000) and MyronNevins and at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine (2000). He has been a partner of ANDI since 1999. From 2009 to 2014 he followed the Continouing Educational Program in Periodontology and Implantology at “The Institute for Comprehensive Implant Therapy in Milton-Boston U.S.A. directed by Dr. Paul Fugazzotto. Since 2011 he has been coordinator for Italy. In 2010 he followed a specialization course in Maxillofacial Surgery on "Block bone grafts" with Prof. Maurizio Franco at the Castelfranco Veneto Hospital.
