Visitors of the Dentalpoints.net portal (potential patients)

Dentalpoints.net system provides visitors with various useful and flexible functionalities:

• Search and display of clinics by area (location on the map, address...)
• Basic information about the clinic - number of surgeries, dentists, clinic infrastructure (waiting room, medical equipment, other services in the clinic or in the immediate vicinity - catering facilities...)
• Insight into the current status of the clinic - open/closed, annual, accepting transient patients...
• Comparison of the prices of individual procedures in individual clinics, regions, countries
• Comparison of procedure set prices (2 implants with 7 zirconia crowns with Cad Cam installation) in individual clinics, regions, countries
• The quality of the materials used by the clinic in terms of types of implants, types and types of crowns, other important ingredients and materials
• Overview of services that can be obtained in a particular clinic

Individual services and services and emergency interventions

The portal user selects the desired service and sets the target search area (city, region, country). With the mobile version, the system automatically prefers the display of clinics in the vicinity of the patient.

By clicking Search, the Dentalpoints.net system compiles a list of available clinics and presents it to the user. The user can filter the obtained results by the proximity of the location, price, ratings of previous users and second...

If an individual clinic is presented according to a model that includes a display of the clinic's contacts, the User can immediately contact the clinic and arrange all other activities directly with it (arrival, appointments, price...). If the ad clinic does not include contact information, the User can contact the Call Center of Dentalpoints.net and get all the necessary support for further activities.

From the proposed list of clinics, the User selects one or more clinics, by clicking on the corresponding link on the listing or displaying the details of the clinic, selects them and sets them to "My selection" status. The user can choose up to 5 clinics to which you want to send an inquiry/request for an offer. In addition to the clinics selected by the User, the Dentalpoints.net system offers the User automatic delivery of inquiries and a set of Preferred Partners according to his settings. searches (location - city, region, country...). The user can accept the proposal of the Dentalpoints.net system or ignore it (turn it off).

By clicking on "Request an offer" the User sends his inquiry to selected and preferred clinics. Note: To view prices and price relationships, the user of the portal must be registered and logged in on the portal.

Insight into clinic locations and contacting individual clinics is also possible for non-registered users.

Set of services (dental work – implants, prostheses...)

The portal user sets the set of required services and interventions and sets the target search area (city, region, country) on the link Online estimate. If the user is not sure about the structure of the procedure which are needed to solve his condition, he can contact the Dentalpoints.net DCS service (Dental concierge service) who will send him a preliminary set of settings for his case.

By placing/entering that set on the online Estimate link or by clicking on the link received from the Dentalpoints.net DNS service and activating the Search button, the Dentalpoints.net system compiles a list of available clinics that can fulfill his requirements in terms of quality of materials and services and presents it to the user. If an individual clinic is presented according to a model that includes a display of clinic contacts, the User can directly contact the clinic i arrange all other activities directly with her (arrival, dates, price...). If the clinic's ad does not include contact information, the User can contact the Call Center of Dentalpoints.net and get all the necessary support for further activities.

Clinics usually respond within a very acceptable time frame of 24-48 hours (depending on the delivery date of the inquiry).
